How Synchronous Jacking Systems Work
Unlike conventional hydraulic lifting methods, synchronous jacking systems utilize a centralized computerized control platform that continuously monitors and adjusts each hydraulic cylinder throughout the operation. During a lifting operation, hydraulic cylinders are positioned at designated support locations based on project-specific engineering analyses. Each cylinder connects to a centralized hydraulic power and control system that continuously monitors load, stroke, pressure, and displacement data.
Sophisticated control software automatically adjusts hydraulic flow and pressure to keep all lifting points synchronized — allowing the structure to remain level and stable while being raised, lowered, translated, or repositioned.
